Privacy Policy

Market Monitor is an independent software project under development. This policy explains the intended and current use of information in connection with its Google API integrations. The service is not currently offered for public registration.

Information accessed

With a user's authorization, Market Monitor may access Google Ads account information, campaign reporting data, and Google Search Console website performance data. It may also process search keywords, public search results, and related market research information from third-party services.

Purpose of use

Google user data is used to provide the requested analytics, reporting, keyword research, and search performance features. Market Monitor does not use Google user data for advertising targeting or sale to data brokers.

Authorization and credentials

Access to Google account data requires OAuth authorization. Access and refresh tokens are treated as confidential credentials and should be protected from unauthorized access. Access can be revoked through Google Account connections.

Storage and retention

Market Monitor is currently a development-stage application. API responses and authentication credentials may be processed in the developer's environment to operate and test integrations. Data storage and retention practices may change as the application is deployed; this policy will be updated before introducing public accounts or materially changing data handling.

Sharing

Market Monitor uses Google APIs and may use third-party search data providers to fulfill requested functions. It does not sell Google user data. Information may be disclosed if required by applicable law.

Security

Reasonable technical measures are used or planned to restrict access to credentials and data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can revoke Google's authorization at any time using your Google Account settings. To request information about data associated with your authorization or request deletion of locally retained data, contact the address below.

Google API Services

Market Monitor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
